Dr. Nicolas Regaud

Dr Nicolas Regaud serves as Special Representative to the Indo-Pacific of the Director General for International relations and Strategy, French Ministry for the Armed Forces.

He organized in October 2015 in Paris the first International Conference of Defence ministers and high officials on climate change and its defence implications. Before, he was Assistant Defence Policy Director, in charge of strategic foresight and policy planning.
